Salon Policies & Etiquette

Guest Services

Our Front Desk Team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to Management’s attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.

​Scheduling

In order to have your preferred appointment time, we highly recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon. Feel free to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax, have a cup of tea and just breathe away the stresses of your day. Please keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Cancellation Policy

We are aware that at times you need to change your reservation. NewMe Beauty Lounge a 24-hour cancellation policy. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will result in a 100% service charge.

Deposits

NewMe Beauty Lounge requires a 50% deposit when scheduling hair extensions and wedding parties. Any cancellation or changes in an appointment must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.

Brazilian Blowouts and Updo's require a 50% deposit. Any cancellations or changes in an appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, other wise deposit will be forfeited.

Allergic Reaction

Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you have.

 

Refreshments

We serve many complimentary refreshments. 

 

Payment

Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk. We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and Venmo.

 

Gratuities

Gratuities may not be added to credit card charges, nor are we able to add them to gift certificates.

 

Children

For the safety and well-being of all children brought to NewMe Beauty Lounge, we ask that adult supervision is strongly enforced. Hot irons and sharp scissors are within reach. Your cooperation regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.

Valuables

We request that you leave your valuables at home or keep them with you during your stay with us.

​

Parking

Parking is available behind our building in a municipal lot as well as street parking. Just a 2-minute walk from the Port Chester Train Station.

Please check in with the Front Desk upon arrival.
